Many parents-to-be may face difficulties in having a child. Medically assisted reproduction allows them to increase the chances of having a child. It requires a certain amount of rigor and the interaction of several stakeholders. For this reason, it is necessary to not only follow certain cycles but also to be able to interact quickly with the medical profession.
The Client
Pamappy aims to help professionals in the field of medically assisted reproduction and patients to better communicate and ensure an optimal follow-up on both sides.
The Challenge
There was no convincing digital solution to ensure a connection between the patients and the medical staff in the long term. In order to optimize not only the follow-up of the patients but also the medication dosage and the diets, it was fundamental to have an efficient digital tool.
The Solution
With the development of a muilti-platform mobile application, Pamappy can now offer an integrated solution covering the relevant elements of the entire AHR process.
For patients, who register via the application, they have access to all their data related to the process. Access to the data is secured through itsme© (electronic identity card).
For the medical staff, they have a tool that gives them access via their computer or smartphone to all the data of their patients, allowing them to optimally manage the necessary appointments at the right time.
Pamappy was looking for an application that was easy to use. We worked mainly on ergonomics, user-friendliness and the ease of exchanging information within the application.
To make the application functional, we worked on integration with other services. We have implemented the Itsme© authentication system which ensures that the user is properly authenticated.
We also integrated the application with external calendar management systems and the health network of the three regions of Belgium.
We have integrated a statistics and reporting tool to track users and their usage. This allows the user to easily guide and analyze the impact of his application.
