The Challenge
The bozz is specialized in technical profiles. They were looking to develop an innovative platform to communicate easily with job seekers. The principle is to start from the point of view of the job seeker and find him the company that suits him. It was therefore necessary to connect a job board with social networks and to allow a transparent and efficient communication between the website and the different platforms.
The Solution
We have developed a specific job board that makes it easy to post ads on the one hand and to share them easily on the other. One of the successes is also the possibility to reference the ads and to drive traffic to the site with the ads to optimize the conversion of interested candidates.
We have also developed the management tool with a management tool to manage the ads.
The bozz has several branches across different countries and needed a tool that was extremely easy to update. The main site was developed on WordPress. The management tools and the connectors with the internal interfaces were developed in PHP and Ruby. It integrates into the existing daily management tools bringing simplicity and security.
More than 1,000 people a day visit The Bozz website and scroll through the ads on their computers and cell phones. So we had to make sure that the development was bullet proof and could handle peak traffic.
We have integrated a sharing tool for internal and external that links directly to Facebook and Instagram. This allows for real-time tracking of the journey the user is taking and ensures that the journey of these users is always optimal.
